What is "Big Data?"
Big Data is Data that is so large in size that no traditional data management tools can store it properly. Big Data is a collection of data that is large in volume but it always growing over time. Big Data is stored in 3 ways. Structured data, Unstructured Data And Semi unstructured Data, Structured data is generally data that is stored in a data base with rows and columns. Semi structured data is a form of structured data which does not use the rows and columns in a data base to store its data, however still uses tags or another from of separation to store data. as well we have unstructured data which is data that doesn't have a defined structure.
Examples of Big Data:
1. Social media data: platforms like twitter Instagram and Facebook generate tons of data every second, including the posts, likes and comments. using this data shows preferences and trend

2. E-Commerce Data. Online retailers like amazon collect missives amounts of data via customer transactions, product preferences and demographics, this data is then used for personalised recommendations
